Loved the property and room. Kind of an out of the way location but we were we needed to be for the River Walk. Didn’t have complimentary coffee or water in the lobby.

The property is beautiful and the room is lovely. The restaurant was closed for inside dining. When we went to order for outside they told us we had to go find a QR code on a table by the pool or one in our room to order and they would deliver - they did not have any at the restaurant to offer. When we tried to order using the QR code it would not take our order saying the restaurant was closed although it was not. The property is very difficult to find where you want to go. Better signage is needed. We felt very pressured to take their sales pitch tour even calling early one morning to see if we had decided to go. Pretty frustrating. The valet was excellent!

Room was large and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that the bed is very high. My wife needed help to climb in and I am 5’ 10”” and still had difficulty getting in.
